    James Baker

    James is a leading figure in the international media industry. Recently named as one of Variety’s Top 500 Global Entertainment Business Leaders, he has extensive international creative, production, channel management and media investment experience.

    Before launching Silberhorn Media Partners, James was President and Co-CEO of Red Arrow Studios, one of the world’s leading creators and distributors of entertainment content. He oversaw a portfolio of production and distribution businesses across Europe and the US, producing scripted, non-scripted and formatted content and IP, ranging from TV series and films to short-form and branded digital content.

    James also has extensive channel management experience, having previously spent 10 years at Sky, leading the platform into original programming as Controller of Sky One and then into digital content as Managing Director of Networked Media.

    James also led the launch of Nickelodeon channels in the UK, Germany and Australia as the Viacom-owned group’s MD, International, and was General Manager of Current TV, Al Gore's content business.

    Delia Bushell

    Delia is a distinguished leader with a career that spans more than two decades in media, sport & telecoms.

    At BT she was Managing Director of its media division, overseeing its £1 billion pa investment into the BT Sport channels and BT TV platform to become a global innovation leader in live sport, and negotiating its major sports, entertainment and movie rights deals.

    At Sky, Delia led Sky’s expansion into telecoms, launching its new broadband service and growing it to 3 million customers, after roles as Managing Director for Sky Ireland and Director of Commercial Affairs for Sky Networks. At Sky Italia in Milan, she was Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Commercial Officer, responsible for all paytv & OTT subscriber revenue delivery for its €2.7bn turnover business.

    Before joining Silberhorn Media Partners, she led The Jockey Club as Group CEO, overseeing events such as the Cheltenham festival and the Grand National, and served as UK CEO of Afiniti, a US tech leader in Artificial Intelligence.

    Delia is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Commonwealth Games England, and was previously on the Board of ECB Cricket and on the Advisory Board of the Telegraph Media Group. She was named one of ten Influencers of The Year by SportsPro in 2016 and was named one of Britain's 500 Most Influential People for her work as Managing Director at BT TV and BT Sport.

    Victoria Fäh

    Victoria is a Swiss entertainment executive, producer and consultant, specialising at the intersection of media, business, and technology. With a background in film, TV, advertising, and live events in Switzerland, she consults for European and British media, tech and consumer-facing companies on business strategy, planning, design and investment.

    She contributes to academia as an external assessor at Oxford University, as visiting tutor at the National Film and Television School, and a guest lecturer at the University of Exeter.

    In late 2023, she joined VC start-up incubator Antler to build a media tech business focused on generative AI. Previously, she was Director, Development & Strategy, at Anyway Content, where she oversaw the unscripted slate’s sales, partnerships and new business efforts and developed unscripted formats and documentaries.

    She previously worked in advertising as a Creative Producer and Business Development executive at Platonic Films, overseeing new business and creative. She worked a Project Manager at Hofstetter Marketing and TimeLineFilm in Switzerland, collaborating with brands such as NASA, Coca Cola and the Swiss Embassy, managing light art events, productions and developing light art projects.
